There is a restaurant located right on the cliff. This restaurant faces Blue Point Uluwatu beach, Bali. This is Single Fin Uluwatu. If you like hanging out with friends while enjoying the sunset view, this place is very suitable to visit.
When else can you enjoy food and drinks with views of the sunset and the vast ocean? Single Fin Uluwatu is the right destination choice if you are in the Uluwatu area of Bali.
2. Delpi Cafe
Amazing view at Delpi this cafe. Firstly, a quick note that the entrance to this cafe is from the beach below. The location is amazing and I recommend coming before sunset to watch the surfers.
The beer is ice cold. The food and service are quite medociore. We came to eat and use the infinity pool so it was a bit annoying to be charged 250k to use the pool even though we paid for drinks. I still recommend coming for the location, it’s a great place.
3. Become one of the hidden gems in Bali
Suluban Beach is one of the hidden gems in Bali. This tourist spot was initially unknown to many people because of its remote location.
It is not known when this beach became known to tourists. However, since the creation of an accommodation called Blue Point Villas, this beach has become known to local people and tourists alike.
This beach is named Suluban Beach which is taken from the Balinese word ‘mesulub’. The word ‘mesulub’ means walking through something above a human’s head. This is because there are two very high coral cliffs flanking the road to the open sea at the edge of the beach.
The two large cliffs seem to be forming a passage. So, when you are on a cliff, you will feel like you are walking on a human’s head.
It is said that Suluban Beach was discovered by a foreigner who wanted to go on a surfing adventure to try out the height of the waves on the southern coast of Bali and accidentally discovered Suluban Beach until it became a popular beach to this day.
4. Surfing Lovers’ Paradise
Even though the place is remote, Suluban Beach Bali is always the target of many tourists, especially foreign tourists who want to surf. The reason is because the waves at Suluban Beach are quite big and strong.
Apart from that, the waves are also long and consistent, which attracts surfers to try surfing here. The wave height can reach 3-12 meters with a wave size of between 3-5 meters. So, it is suitable for advanced to professional surfers.
For beginner surfers, it is not recommended to surf at this beach. However, if you want to learn to surf, Moms can also find several schools or places to learn surfing around Suluban Beach.
But of course, to be able to enjoy surfing here, Moms have to wait for the sea water to rise or high tide first because it is quite dangerous to do it when the water is low. The reason is that there are lots of coral rocks that can injure Moms when surfing.
5. White Sand and Clear Blue Ocean
Suluban Beach Bali has white sand with very clear blue sea water at the top, while the slightly shallower part of the sea is turquoise.
Then, there were white waves that snaked and hit the edge of the beach. Plus there are coral rocks that are brown to grayish black in color. This color combination definitely adds a beautiful exotic impression to enjoy.
The beautiful view of Suluban Beach in Bali can be seen in two ways, namely going down to the beach or enjoying it from the top of the cliff. Here, there is a place specially provided by the management to enjoy the view of Suluban Beach, Bali and the ocean from the top of the cliff.
6. Charming Sunset and Sunrise Panorama
The final attraction of Suluban Beach Bali is its very charming sunset and sunrise panorama. You can enjoy it while relaxing on the cliff or want to see it directly from the beach. If you relax on the cliff, you can enjoy food and drinks sold at nearby eating places.
